Love Yourself： Amanda Seyfried 對婚姻和自身有這樣的看法

經典美國校園青春片Mean Girls是不少女生的集體回憶，片中所描述的明爭暗鬥，相信很多女生成長時都必定遇上過。不知道大家還記得辣妹三人組中的Amanda Seyfried嗎？有一年沒有推出新片的她2017年將會一次過帶四齣電影給觀眾，不但如此，她今年即將進入人生的另一個階段──成為人妻和人母。今期，讓我們一同來認識她對愛情、婚姻和自身等的看法。

最近接受訪問的她透露自己對結婚和生小孩的渴望，大銀幕上Amanda Seyfried做過很多次新娘──在Mamma Mia!中試過希臘式的婚禮、在《孤星淚》中試過巴黎浪漫婚禮，當然還有《非常大婚》的美式婚禮。做過那麼多次新娘，Amanda Seyfried曾打趣說到她真正結婚時不想再穿白色婚紗，而婚姻對於她來說不只是一種儀式。

On Marriage

Marriage is less about the ceremony and more about the commitment. So it’s like children. That’s where it’s at, right? For me. But it’s different for everybody.

Amanda Seyfried早在兩年前已經立下心願在十年內生小孩，她曾經也覺得生小孩未必是好事，但現在心態改變了。

On Motherhood

There’s a level of guilt that people have about procreating… I think about it all the time. Why bring another human into this world?… it’s just a terrible world…But if you’re a good person and your partner is a good person, you’re creating a good person. Isn’t that better for the world than not creating anybody at all?

除了對婚盟有永遠的盼想之外，她一向對事業都有長遠的想法。她初出道時經常登上封面成為「It Girl」，但她並不將這種潮流放在眼內，因為對於她而言It Girl的地位並不長久。

是的，31歲的Amanda Seyfried今天再不是It Girl，但她憑著對演戲的熱情，還有精湛的歌藝，在過去十年嘗試過不同的角色，在電視、電影和舞台劇界都有好的發展，而Amanda Seyfried漸漸成為家傳戶曉的名字。名氣曾經令她被抑鬱症困擾，到現在仍然在吃藥，但她學會了更愛自己，特別關注自己的精神健康，不是在訪問中談論自己的精神健康，積極打破社會對精神病的偏見。
