Hello 2015! 跟2014年说再见前的告别歌单

终於终於，2014年要向我们说再见了。这一年对香港来说，是非常不平凡的一年，是充满汗水和泪水的一年，是令志同道合者关系更团结的一年。告别旧年迎接新年，事物正在不断变迁，不变的价值观还是要藏在心中。一方面要尽力适应不同环境，另一方面又要捍卫某些核心价值，真是好不容易的任务！
