K-Beauty: 她們是創造韓國新生代健美風潮的兩位女神!

Although the fitness boom toward a healthy body image has been around for some time, without Jung Dayeon, also known as the “ajumma with a striking body,” this would not have happened. If she was at the forefront of the fitness trend a decade ago, these two young Korean females are replacing her role. Meet Yu Seungok and Ye Junghwa, who are setting the new fitness scene for the young.

雖然健身熱潮及其引發的健美身形已經流行一段時間了,但是如果沒有鄭多燕這位「擁有引人注目身材的『阿珠媽』」,這股熱潮也未必會發生。若她是十年前健美潮流的先鋒,如今則有兩位年輕的韓國女性正在取代她的角色。劉勝玉和芮呈和,她們正是創造新生代健美風潮的關鍵人物。

Yu Seongok was the first Asian to be ranked within the top five of Musclemania Universe, a bodybuilding competition. Not only that, she has published a health-mentor book based on an exercise called “balletion,” a combination of ballet and personal training. She says that she first started ballet because her body bulked up too fast whenever she worked out.

劉勝玉是首位亞洲人入選世界自然健美比賽Top 5名次。不僅如此,她還出版了一本基於「balletion」即綜合了芭蕾和個人訓練運動的健康教學書籍。在書中,她講述了自己開始跳芭蕾是因為身體不管做甚麼運動都會非常快地發胖。

As someone who knows the importance of body health, she recently appeared on Get it beauty’s Talking Mirror segment, and showed how she maintains the glowing-healthy look not only with exercise and supplements but also with body make-up.

明白到身體健康的重要性,她最近就在在《Get it beauty》節目的「Talking Mirror」環節,展示了她如何以運動、營養補充品和身體化妝的技術去保持健康的外型,一起看看吧!

First, she applied body balm on her collarbones to make it stand out.

首先,她在鎖骨位搽上身體潤膚膏使它更立體和顯著。

Then, she applied shading on the backside of her arm for a slimming effect.

然後,她將陰影掃在手臂後方來達至顯瘦效果。

As for her face, she used shading first from down to up then applied primer on areas that she did not use shading on.

至於臉部,她先在臉頰從下往上掃上陰影,然後在沒有使用陰影的部位使用底霜。

Then, she did the same with a cushion pact. While doing this, she mentioned how men do not like to see the color difference between the face and the neck, thus advising the girls to apply foundation also on the neck.

之後,她再利用海綿粉撲重複同一步驟,當做這一步時,她提到男士不喜歡看到女生臉部和頸部有色差,因此建議女孩子也要在頸部使用粉底霜。

After the skin make-up, she further volumized her face by shading the nose and applying a lighter foundation tone on her forehead, underneath the eyes and chin.

在完成皮膚化妝後,她再使用陰影在鼻子部位加強輪廓,並將一個淺色粉底霜按壓運用在她的前額、眼底和下頜。

The last tip she gave was to apply transparent mascara to look natural.

她給出的最後一個tip就是搽上透明眼睫毛膏,營造自然感妝容。

Another hot fitness guru is Ye Junghwa, who rose to stardom with her exceptional background as a strength coach for the Korean National American football team.

另一位人氣火熱的健美大師是芮呈和,她以出眾的背景引來不少名氣——韓國美式足球國家隊拉伸教練。

On I Live Alone, she showed how she incorporates everyday chores with exercise, from butt-lifting while during doing dishes to squats while holding on to the sink and so on.

在《我獨自生活》節目中,她展現了如何結合日常家務活動去運動,例如洗碗時抓住洗滌槽扶手作半蹲提臀等等。

On another show, she continued to capture the audience with health tips by showing exercise moves people can easily follow.

在另一個節目,她也繼續以健康tip吸引廣大觀眾注意,示範一些大家容易跟著一起做的動作。

Well, which one of these young beauties do you prefer? These two fitness guru emphasize, “don’t cut down on what you eat, just increase the amount of your exercise!” which comes as a great relief to many Korean women. These two are definitely setting the new beauty trend that what makes women beautiful are the curves, not just a skinny Barbie. A big hurrah for those who get hangry (angry+hunger) every time they try to lose weight!
