Blow Dough :會「飛」的麵包!

這是來自耶路撒冷,由設計師Omer Polak、Michal Evyatar和廚師Erez Komorovsky共同設計的一個食物實驗,名為《 Blow Dough 》。

一個個「實驗員」穿著一致的工作服,戴上工業用耳機和手套,開始這個神聖的食物實驗。開始時,他們在麵團內混入五彩色的天然香料和蔬菜汁,放置在一張張特製的桌面上。桌底下安放了一台台原用來吹玻璃的的工業用吹風機,每台能達到600度(Celcius)的溫度。 「實驗員」們在吹風過程中加入的香料也同時在麵團中四散,讓香味更能包裹著麵包的每一寸「肌膚」。當機器啓動後,一個個麵團就會瞬間膨脹,轉眼間變身成一個個熱騰騰、糖果色的氣球麵包。
